Refund Policy

Version 2.0 · Effective September 3, 2026

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything Scrub to Scale LLC sells: one-time digital products (currently Maigan's Pricing Calculator and Maigan's Hiring Bundle, sold at shop.scrubtoscale.com) and subscriptions to the Scrub to Scale software platform.

1. Digital Products: All Sales Are Final

Our digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete. This is stated next to the payment button before you pay. It also covers any add-on you accept at checkout (for example, adding the other product at half price), which is part of the same order.

What you can count on instead:

  • Instant delivery. Your access email goes to the address you enter at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment. If you do not see it, check your spam or promotions folder first.
  • We fix access problems. If the email has not arrived within 24 hours, or a link does not work, email ebooth@scrubtoscale.com with the address you used at checkout and we will restore your access at no charge.
  • We refund duplicate charges. If a checkout error charges you twice for the same product, tell us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate.
  • A real person answers product questions. If something in a product is unclear, ask. The answer is usually faster than a refund would have been.

2. Software Subscriptions: All Sales Are Final

Subscription fees for the Scrub to Scale software platform are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Unused time within a billing period;
  • Partial months following cancellation;
  • Charges resulting from failure to cancel before a free trial ends;
  • Subscriptions that go unused after purchase.

3. Free Trial (Subscriptions)

New subscriptions may include a free trial period. During the free trial, you have full access to the software at no charge. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged. Cancellation must be completed before the trial period ends. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the charge is final per this Refund Policy.

4. How to Cancel a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Sign in to Scrub to Scale and visit your Billing page;
  • Click “Cancel subscription” or open the customer billing portal;
  • Confirm cancellation.

Cancellation stops future renewals immediately. Your subscription remains active for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, after which access ends. We do not prorate or refund the unused portion of the current period.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

While our policy is no refunds, we evaluate exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis (for example, duplicate charges caused by a checkout or software error, or billing made in clear error). If you believe you have such a circumstance, email ebooth@scrubtoscale.com within 14 days of the charge with details. Granting any refund is at our sole discretion and does not create an obligation to grant similar refunds in the future.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can almost always resolve issues directly, and faster than the dispute process. Filing a chargeback for a charge that was authorized under these terms (including a digital product you received access to, or charges following a free trial you did not cancel) may result in loss of access to the product and suspension or termination of your account.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases and subscriptions made on or after the effective date of the change.
